The central topic of the bachelor's thesis is the optimization of production processes in the automatic packaging department. The first chapter of the bachelor's thesis contains theoretical information about the organizational structure, production process, optimization of production and production processes, energy intensity of production facilities, production capacities and spatial arrangement of production lines. In the practical part, an analysis of production processes is carried out from the point of view of production capacity, energy consumption of production equipment and production indicators. On the basis of the developed analysis, a proposal for optimization is developed, which is supported by verification of reality from the point of view of production capacity. The proposal is supported by the calculation of potential financial benefits for the production company.
