Abstract
Today, competitiveness is something that companies across all industries cannot do without if they want to continue to grow and prosper. However, there is a need to create strategies that differentiate the company from its competition and ensure that it stands out on the market together with meeting the needs of its customers economically and efficiently. From these key roles, strategic analysis, which allows top management to analyze the organization's work environment, reveal its weak area and create plans, given improvement, growth and stability.
As part of this thesis, a strategic analysis of a small industrial company is dealt with, specifically the company Elzaco s. r. o. The work is divided into five chapters. The first of them is focused on theoretical knowledge and describes the individual methods used here. The remaining four chapters deal with the practical part of the issue, including a synthesis of all used analyzes and a proposal for measures leading to the strengthening of the stability and development of Elzaco s. r. o.
