Zaměstnanecké benefity ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů v souladu s platnou právní legislativou k 1.1.2013 s cílem poskytnout celoplošný náhled na probíranou problematiku v rámci firemního sektoru. V první části práce jsou vymezeny aspekty zaměstnaneckých benefitů z teoretického hlediska, a je zde především uvedena jejich charakteristika, význam, členění a základní legislativní normy, kterým úprava benefitů podléhá. V rámci druhé kapitoly jsou v obecném měřítku popsány nejčastěji se vyskytující jednotlivé druhy benefitních plnění a současně je řešena jejich daňová a odvodová příslušnost jak na straně zaměstnavatele, tak na straně zaměstnance. Závěrečná kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti MEDIA MIX, s.r.o. a prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření jsou vysloveny příslušné návrhy a doporučení v oblasti poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod touto firmou.

The subject of this dissertation is the analysis of employee benefits in accordance with rightful legislation on 1st of January 2013 with the aim to provide area-wide view of discussed issues within corporate sector. In the first part of the dissertation aspects of employee benefits from theoretical point of view are specified and above all there are given their characteristics, importance, meaning, structure and basic legislative norms to which the modification of benefits is subordinate. Within the second chapter there are described in general scale the most frequent kinds of benefit payments and at the same time their tax payment both on the side of employer and the side of employee. The final chapter is focused on the analysis of employee benefits in the company MEDIA MIX Ltd. and by means of questionnaire inquiry appropriate suggestions and recommendations in the sphere of providing employee benefits by this company are stated.
