Abstract

The thesis deals with a design of manipulation trolley for transporting heavy loads. The introductory part is devoted to the division of existing types of trucks to transport cargo in the company. Furthermore, the actual construction of the trolley specified requirements. Subsequently processed three conceptual drive variants forklift truck with their descriptions. Performing value analysis is chosen the best alternative solution. Best option is further described and explained its individual components, which are checked calculations. At the end of the whole work is evaluated. In Annex thesis is illustrated by the plan of the forklift truck and manufacturing drawings frame and steering axle.
