Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with Tribodiagnostics and oil additives. The theoretical part of the thesis contains available information on Tribodiagnostics of oils. Individual tests suitable for detecting degradation and additive of oils are described. Subsequently, the mechanisms of oil degradation and the individual additives used to improve the properties of the base lubricant are described. The last theoretical part describes the various options for oil sampling. The practical part is focused on the results of the analysis of oils from two machines.
