Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to prepare a territorial study of development areas Z71 and Z72 in the village of Janovice near Frýdek-Místek. It also includes a proposal of a suitable networking of the solved sites and their connection to the existing transport and technical infrastructure. Emphasis is placed of the municipality, maintaining the basic urban priciples and respecting all limits and legislative restrictions, which result from a more detailed analysis of the current state of the area. The thesis noc sists of 115 pages.
