| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce má za úkol vypracovat územní studii rozvojových ploch Z71 a Z72 v obci Janovice poblíž Frýdku-Místku. Součástí je také návrh vyhovujícího zasíťování řešených lokalit a jejich napojení na stávající dopravní i technickou infrastrukturu. Kladen je především důraz, při rozvržení zástavby rodinnými domy, na celkovou urbanistickou kompozici obce, zachování základních urbanistických zásad a respektování všech limit i legislativních omezení, které plynou z podrobnějšího rozboru současného stavu území. | dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to prepare a territorial study of development areas Z71 and Z72 in the village of Janovice near Frýdek-Místek. It also includes a proposal of a suitable networking of the solved sites and their connection to the existing transport and technical infrastructure. Emphasis is placed of the municipality, maintaining the basic urban priciples and respecting all limits and legislative restrictions, which result from a more detailed analysis of the current state of the area.
