Rekonstrukce moštovacího lisu s návrhem pohonu a vedení

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the reconstruction of the line of the upper pressing plate and possible design of a suitable position of drive. It also deals with strenght test of critical sites. The first chapter deals with the general definiton, types and use of presses in various branches of industry. Subsequently, a survey was carried out on what facilities are used to produce the must. Specifically, these chapters concern fruit crushers and various types of ciders presses. In the next part an existing press with the solved problem is introduced. The following chapter deals with two ways to solve the problem. For both variants was done was done the strength analysis of critical points have been performed using the analytical method.
