Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on the management and monitoring of production in engineering company. In the theoretical part of the entrance is a general description of the production control, barcodes and barcode scanners. The practical part is focused on analyzing the current situation, an analysis of the analysis and proposal of appropriate proceedings to perform with the help of barcode readers. Finally, the thesis is to evaluate the proposed settlement, the rules for granting premiums (bonuses) to employees, risks in implementing barcode readers and their subsequent solutions.
