Drtič na ovoce

Abstract

Práce řeší problematiku drtiče na ovoce a jeho vhodné konstrukce. Na začátku byly zhodnoceny drtiče, jejich druhy a funkce obecně. Následně byl zvolen vhodný typ a materiál, ze kterého byl zhotoven. V konstrukční části práce byly řešeny jednotlivé komponenty drtiče, a to elektromotor, drticí ústrojí, rám, výsypka a násypka. Kritické body byly ověřeny pomocí výpočtu únosnosti a bezpečnosti. Průhyb disku byl ověřen v MKP. V závěru práce byly určeny zásady používaní drtiče, postup práce na drtiči a bezpečnost při práci na zařízení.

Problematic of the thesis are fruit crusher and its ideal construction. At beginning work takes look upon crushers in general, their types and principals. In the next part of work, best type of crusher and material were chosen. Construction part consist of main parts from the crusher: Electromotor, crushing mechanism, chassis, output and input of fruit. Critical points of the thesis were verified by necessary calculations. The sag of blade disc was checked by FEM. At the end of thesis were specified principles of usage for crusher, correct workflow and safe usage of the crusher.
