Optimalizace výrobního systému ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the production system in a selected industrial company. The company is engaged in wood manufacturing, specifically in the production and purchase of pallets. The aim of the thesis is to use analysis to find problem areas and deliver suggestions that will help to optimize the production system. The suggestions should aim at more efficient and effective production system. In the introduction of the thesis the general issues are explained, in the next part of the thesis the analyses of the current situation are carried out. In the following chapters the problems and proposed solutions are discussed. The output of the thesis is the selection of the optimal machine using multi-criteria methods as well as the improvement of the purchasing, planning and pricing system. At the end of the thesis an overall evaluation is made.
