Manipulátor pro tiskový stroj

Abstract

Tématem mé diplomové práce je konstrukce manipulačního stroje pro tiskový stroj. Jedná se o přídavné zařízení pro tiskový stroj karuselového typu, který potiskuje plastové kelímky. V úvodu je vytvořen přehled manipulačních zařízení. Na základě tohoto rozdělení je vytvořen návrh stroje s funkcí jednotlivých části. Stroj je rozdělen do třech částí. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivá části stroje a princip jejich činnosti. Vše je doplněno o obrázky generované z vytvořeného 3D modelu v programu Inventor. Na závěr práce je u vybraných komponent ověřena správnost vybraného řešení. Všechny požadavky vstupní požadavky na parametry stroje jsou splněny.

The subject of this thesis is design manipulator for printing machine. This is an additional device for a carousel-type printing machine that prints plastic cups. In the introduction there is an overview of handling devices. On the basis of this division is a proposal of machines with the functions of individual parts. The machine is divided into three parts. The thesis describes the individual parts of the machine and the principle of their operation. Everything is completed with images generated from the created 3D model in Inventor. At the end of the work, the correctness of the selected solution is verified for selected components. All requirements input requirements for machine parameters are met.
