Strategická analýza firmy pôsobiacej v segmente spoločenských hier

Abstract

Cieľom práce je zhodnotiť súčasnú strategickú pozíciu vybranej spoločnosti, ktorá pôsobí v segmente spoločenských hier, a na základe zistených faktov navrhnúť konkrétne odporúčania pre jej ďalší rozvoj. V teoretickej časti sú s využitím odbornej literatúry vysvetlené základné pojmy strategického riadenia a definované kľúčové analytické metódy, ako sú PESTLE analýza, Porterov model piatich síl, finančná analýza, VRIO analýza, SPACE analýza a SWOT analýza. Tieto teoretické východiská sú následne aplikované v praktickej časti. Práca predstavuje odvetvie moderných spoločenských hier, aktuálne trhové trendy a samotnú analyzovanú spoločnosť OPR, s.r.o.. Pomocou spomínaných metód je vykonané detailné zhodnotenie vonkajšieho aj vnútorného prostredia firmy, vrátane jej finančného zdravia. V závere práce sú zosumarizované všetky zistenia z analýz a sú navrhnuté strategické opatrenia, ktoré majú podniku pomôcť lepšie využiť jeho zdroje, vyriešiť prevádzkové nedostatky a posilniť jeho konkurencieschopnosť na trhu

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current strategic position of a selected company operating in the board games segment and, based on the gathered facts, to propose specific recommendations for its further development. In the theoretical part, utilizing professional literature, the fundamental concepts of strategic management are explained, and key analytical methods are defined, such as PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, financial analysis, VRIO analysis, SPACE analysis, and SWOT analysis. These theoretical foundations are subsequently applied in the practical part. The thesis introduces the modern board games industry, current market trends, and the analyzed company itself, OPR, s.r.o. Using the aforementioned methods, a detailed evaluation of the company's external and internal environment, including its financial health, is conducted. In the conclusion, all findings from the analyses are summarized, and strategic measures are proposed to help the company better utilize its resources, resolve operational shortcomings, and strengthen its competitiveness in the market
