Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current phase of educational system and development in Tieto company. Tieto company is the biggest service provider in the area of informational technologies in Europe. The outcome of my thesis is the proposal for improving communication and development towards the employees and wider usage of social administration for sharing the knowledge in the whole Tieto corporation.
