Abstract

The Diploma thesis deals with the conceptual design of automation for the disassembly of forms within the existing workplace at VESUVIUS ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA, a.s., with its registered office at Průmyslová 715, 739 61 Třinec. In the theoretical part there is an analysis of an existing carousel workplace where automation was considered and the object of manipulation was described. Furthermore, a requirement sheet was prepared on the basis of consultations with the contracting authority. Based on that four possible solutions were proposed. For each variant, a basic description of the facility, a description of the workflow, an approximate price calculation, a risk analysis and a final evaluation of the variant were prepared. Using the value analysis, the optimal variant was determined, which was further elaborated in the next chapter. A 3D model was created for the final conceptual design. Furthermore, possible safety equipment and operating and maintenance instructions were proposed. Part of the attachment are workplace documentation, photo manipulation objects, robot datasheet, and risk analysis.
