Analýza řízení virtuálního týmu

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to identify and describe the specifics and possible risks of the work of virtual teams and to propose measures that could eliminate or reduce there risks. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of virtual teamwork and places it in the context of human resource management. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of teamwork in a particular virtual team is performed using several research methods. At the end of the thesis there is a set of recommendations that will lead to an increase in efficiency of the virtual team.
