Analýza řízení virtuálního týmu

Abstract

Cílem práce je pojmenovat a popsat specifika a možná rizika práce virtuálních týmů a navrhnout opatření, jimiž by se dala eliminovat nebo omezit. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku virtuální týmové práce a zasazuje ji do kontextu řízení lidských zdrojů. V praktické části je pomocí několika výzkumných metod provedena analýza současného stavu týmové spolupráce v konkrétním virtuálním týmu. V závěru je představen soubor doporučení, jež povedou ke zlepšení efektivnosti virtuálního týmu.

The aim of the thesis is to identify and describe the specifics and possible risks of the work of virtual teams and to propose measures that could eliminate or reduce there risks. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of virtual teamwork and places it in the context of human resource management. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of teamwork in a particular virtual team is performed using several research methods. At the end of the thesis there is a set of recommendations that will lead to an increase in efficiency of the virtual team.
