Redukce strojních časů a nákladů při výrobě skříní diferenciálů

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is dealing with reduction of machine times and costs in the production of differential housing, which are assembled into cars. The Volkswagen company were so kind and gave me the necessary documents and allowed me to solve the issue at factory in Martin, Slovakia. The work is divided into three parts. First step is meeting the actual technology followed up description of each operation, tools and clamping. Next step is my own rationalization, which simply means designing of new technology. Third part of this bachelor’s thesis is focused on evaluation / comparison of existing and the new technology including evaluation of machine times and costs.
