Abstract

The concern of thesis is design of calculations of the pyrolysis unit heating chamber where the main part of the thesis is the mathematical model of combustion flow in the heating chamber. The aim of the calculations is to check the validity of the heating chamber and rendering the possible optimizing adjustment. Using the mathematical models the temperature field inside of heating chamber is calculated and according to this the appropriate construction material is chosen witch resist the determined temperature effects. In the conclusion the design of appropriate utilization of the products of combustion heat is used for warming up of the warm supply water and for heating with system of heat exchangers. Afterwards the heat of the burnt gas is used for drying of the wet materials prior the pyrolysis.
