Návrh technologie výroby ozubení odvalovacím frézováním

Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem nové technologie výroby ozubeného kola pro pohonnou jednotku vlaku. První část práce popisuje problematiku výroby čelního ozubení odvalovacím způsobem. Další část práce obsahuje informace o materiálu součásti, polotovaru a jeho tepelném zpracování, použitými stroji a nástroji. Ve zbytku práce je řešen výrobní postup součásti a následné technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu. Nový výrobní postup součásti byl použit ve výrobě a pomocí tohoto postupu byly vyrobeny 4 ozubená kola.

The thesis deals with the design of a new technology for the production of a gear for the train drive unit. The first part of the thesis describes the issue of the production of gearing in a rolling manner. Another part of the thesis contains information about the material of the part, the semifinished product and its heat treatment, used machines and tools. In the rest of the thesis, are solved the production process and subsequent technical and economic evaluation of the design. The new production process of the component was used in the production, and four gears were made using this procedure.
