Návrh úpravy kotle K1 v Teplárně ČSA v Karviné

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá studii možných úprav stávajícího kotle K1 v Teplárně Československé armády za účelem zvýšení účinnosti a snížení emisi. Po proměření kotle bylo navrženo rekonstruovat část přívodů paliva do spalovací komory a natočit hořáky na pomyslnou kružnici ve středu komory. První část práce obsahuje popis a výpočet účinnosti a všech ztrát kotle dle normy ČSN 070302. V další části se práce zabývá zhodnocením všech ztrát a přehledem možných úprav kotle. Následuje výběr úpravy kotle K1 a technický popis provedení.

This thesis deals with the study of possible modifications to the existing heating plant boilers K1 in the Czechoslovak army in order to increase efficiency and reduce emissions. After measuring the boiler was designed to reconstruct part of the fuel supply to the combustion chamber and burner make the imaginary circle in the middle chamber. The first part contains a description of the calculation of the efficiency of a boiler loss according to CSN 070302. The next part deals with the evaluation of losses and an overview of possible modifications of the boiler. The following is a selection of boiler modifications K1 and technical description of the design.
