Abstract

Thesis head: Hrabec, L. Subject of the thesis follows the issue of lubrication wire drawing production lines of Tritreg Trinec a.s. company. This company deals with drawn wire of various diameters for different uses and for this purpose they own production lines, which were made by German company Koch. I'll deal with production line KOCH 3, which includes uncoiler KSA 800, wire drawing die KGT 16 / 9, coiler KHS 800 and coiler KEWS II. The main item of the analysis will be lubrication of the above mentioned machinery. Usually it is bearings of main shafts of drawing drums, which are lubricated with plastic lubricant. In addition the wire drawing die also includes two gearboxes with oil. Two types of lubricants, which are recommended by producer Külber, are used for these four production lines. Because the recommended lubricants are very expensive and currently the company tries to reduce production costs, they want to change the recommended lubricants to economically more favorable, which properties and durability do not differ much from the recommended lubricants by producer and are available on the Czech market.
