Abstract

Bachelor thesis is divided into two part – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the factors influencing motivation and the influence of motivation on work performance and employee satisfaction. It also deals with the remuneration and wage policy system in Czech Republic. The practical part describes the history of DHL Express, s.r.o. and its specialization. Furthermore, the practical part deals with the remuneration system and its influence on the motivation of the employees of the company. Last but not least a questionnaire survey of employee satisfaction is analyzed.
