Optimalizace hydraulického systému pohonu krokové pece

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on optimalization of hydraulic drive of walking beam furnace during change in charge. Subject of the first part is at once introduction to this problem and some review for orientation in functioning. Description of facilities for diagnostics of hydraulic systems is in downstream section. After this, there is part which is focused on both to optimize the hydraulic system and to create computing algorithm by the help of mathematical relationship. In the third chapter are some options of solutions for some optimalizations with computing programs followed by description of created program. In the end there is some manual for users of this program.
