Využití manažérských her při přípravě krizových štábů

Abstract

My diploma theses focused on problems of crisis staff´s preparation. If the extraordinary or critical situation doesn´t occur, the critical staff meets only once a year. For individual members of the staff it is very important to get to know each other and deepen the relationships. This is why I´m intrested in using managerial games for its preparation. In theoretical part I explained the definition of critical staff, the basis of teambuilding and the basis of game theory. The preparation of critical staff itself was worked up thanks to using different activities for teambuilding and managerial games.
