Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the human potential development problematic in Broker Consulting a.s company Main goal of this work is to analyse the current motivation of employees and managers in the selected organization. Next purpose is to identify problems of the company connected with motivation and satisfaction of employees. Theoretical part reflects theoretical knowledge and approaches to motivation. Pratical part introduces Broker Consulting a.s company. In a final part is formulated ideas based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience, advising how to improve satisfaction of employees and get rid of existing problems
