Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on marketing research of customers satisfaction with the services of the travel agency DUHA TOUR s.r.o. I have divided the work into two parts. The first part is focused on theory. It explains marketing concepts. The second part, so-called practical part is focused on the research of customers satisfaction at the travel agency, in the form of questionnaires. I created the questionnaire together with clients at the travel agency, which were filled and subsequently processed. Based on the results, I will assess the satisfaction and propose measures for improvement.
