HFC frézování kalených ocelí

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on cutting tools made of sintered carbide for machining hardened materials with high feed rate. The introduction part of the bachelor thesis describes high feed machining, cutting tools for HFC, classification of machined materials, hardened materials and wear of cutting tools. Subsequently, the experiment preparation is carried out, where the selected test cutters, the machined material, the machine tool and the experimental tests are described, which forms the main part of the bachelor thesis. In the main part, the functional and endurance tests are described with the resulting measured values in order to compare the newly designed Dormer Pramet with competing companies engaged in the production of cutting tool. The thesis is concluded with a techno-economic evaluation.
