Abstract

The thesis is devoted to matter of employees’ remuneration. The aim of the thesis is to analyze remuneration system in chosen organization and to propose recommendations for its improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts such as theoretical-methodological part and application-verification part. The first part describes applied methods and theoretical base of employees’ remuneration. The second part introduces the chosen organization and the remuneration system of blue-collar employees and administrative employees. The analysis of the remuneration system is implemented through the survey. The changes in appraisal remuneration system are proposed after the survey. This matter is summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.
