Analýza možností úpravy rozdělení vzdušného prostoru a změny převodní nadmořské výšky ve vzdušném prostoru ČR

Abstract

The content of this bachelor thesis consists of an analysis of airspace division issues and determination of transition altitude within the context of operational procedures and the European initiative Single European Sky . The aim of the thesis is to propose and to select a suitable option for increasing the upper limit of class G airspace in the Czech Republic and to propose a change in transition altitude, together with an analysis of the feasibility of implementing these changes. The theoretical part deals with a general description of airspace division. The next part of the work is devoted to the analysis and a comparison of airspace structure in the Czech Republic and in selected Eurocontrol member states, along with an introduction of altimeter setting procedures in these countries. The practical part of the work focuses on formulating proposals and selecting the most suitable one through multi-criteria decision-making. Subsequently, an analysis of the impacts of the selected solution on current air traffic procedures is conducted. In the conclusion of the thesis, an evaluation of the methodology for selecting a suitable solution, an evaluation of the achievement of the goals set in the introduction, and an evaluation of the possibility of implemention of the selected variant is performed.
