Abstract
This master thesis deals with the problem of simultaneous aircraft handling on stands of Václav Havel airport in Prague, and the creation of a model to support employes' shifts planing with the possibility of staff savings. The thesis consists of general handling process characteristics. Current conditions on V. Havel airport are analyzed. It contains the flow chart of the handling process and mathematical model witch secure staff requirements of the handling process. Model is applied and the results are analyzed.
