Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the management of machines and equipment maintenance in enterprises. The first part includes a description of the operational reliability and technical life of the building, a description of failures, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, development and distribution of the maintenance system, economy and maintenance management information systems. The second part contains an analysis of the state of maintenance in the Česko-slezská, a.s., Zlaté Hory and proposing measures to improve this state.
