Abstract

The business plan is important document used by owners, management and potential investors of the firm. This business plan is aimed at enterprise in food industry. First part of this dissertation is theoretical in which the business plan’s structure and methods currently used in its individual parts are described. Second part contains business plan for existing firm where SLEPT and SWOT analyses are implemented, break-even point of production, marketing mix and financial plan are also established. Last part is focused on business plan evaluation.
