Abstract
The thesis is focused on the evaluation of employees in the company ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná a.s. producing parts for the automotive industry.
The work is divided into two parts. The first part of this thesis deals with the theoretical interpretation of tackle. Here is described the importance of employee evaluation, employee evaluation forms and training in the conditions of the company. It is also described the importance of employee evaluation method ILUO.
In the second part of this thesis is the basic characteristic of ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná a.s. including history and organizational structure of the company. This thesis is focused on the analysis of the current situation and the problem solution and its evaluation. Based Examining the proposals were determined to improve, which may lead to improvement or elimination of deficiencies in the company.
