Automatizace manipulace dílů ve svařovací buňce

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of automation for the process of inserting parts into a welding cell. The introductory part provides an analysis of the current state of the production process at Witzenmann Opava, spol. s r.o., with emphasis on part handling, welding technology, and identification of problematic areas. This is followed by the specification of welded parts in terms of their suitability for automation. Based on the company’s requirements, a specification sheet was created, serving as the foundation for the design of the automated welding workstation. The proposed solution also includes a concept of a control station for weld quality inspection. The final part of the thesis presents a 3D visualization of the designed workstation.
