Hodnocení systému stimulace zaměstnanců v podmínkách čerpací stanice pohonných hmot

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of employees in terms of stimulation on petrol stations. The aim of this work is to determine whether employees are sufficiently stimulated remuneration system and whether the current system of remuneration for the company economically profitable. The theoretical part deals with problems observed in the stimulation and motivation, system assessment and remuneration system. The practical part is focused on the assessment of economic indicators and remuneration system at two petrol stations. The conclusion summarizes the evidence and submit proposals for improvement.
