The bachelor thesis deals with the study of the properties of copper coatings deposited electrolytically with a focus on pyrophosphate baths. In the introduction are listed all cleaning and pre-treatments that can be used before the application of electrolytic treatments. The following is a description of the process of electrolytic baths, their preparation and subsequent measurement of the parameters of the resulting coating. There is also a more detailed description of the bath, preparations, operating variables, and equipment for copper plating. The practical part of the work is devoted to the course of preparation and evaluation of prepared coatings in a pyrophosphate bath.
