Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti stavební firmy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením konkurenceschopnosti stavební firmy. Cílem práce je zhodnotit konkurenční postavení společnosti RIOS spol. s r.o. a odhalit slabá místa, která by mohla ovlivnit její budoucí vývoj. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsou vymezeny teoreticko-metodologická východiska konkurenceschopnosti, dále jsou popsány také metody a analýzy, pomocí kterých je konkurenceschopnost měřena. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní společnost a její vybrané konkurenty. Závěrem práce jsou shrnuty výsledky provedených analýz a navrhnuty doporučení pro upevnění konkurenční pozice a zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of competitiveness of the construction company. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the company called RIOS spol. s r.o and detecting of weakness that could influence its future development. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, there are defined the theoretical-methodological basis of competitiveness. Then, there are described the methods and analysis which are used for measuring of competitiveness. In the practical part, there is the theoretical knowledge applying in the specific company and its competitors. At the end of the thesis, there are summarized the results, analysis, the plans and recommendation for the reinforcement of the competitive position and the improvement of competitiveness.
