Řešení pracoviště dělení profilového materiálu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pracoviště dělení profilového materiálu v podniku VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGENEERING a.s. Analýzou současného stavu bylo zjištěno, že pracoviště je již za hranicí své životnosti, často dochází k prostojům z důvodů poruch zařízení a pracoviště je úzkým místem celé výroby ocelových konstrukcí. V diplomové práci byly navrženy možné alternativy řešení daného pracoviště. Návrh byl doplněn o propočet návratnosti vložených investic.

This thesis focuses on workplace of cutting profile material in the company VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGENEERING a.s. The analysis of the current state, it was found that the workplace is already beyond their useful life, often leads to downtime due to failures of equipment and the workplace is the bottleneck of the entire production of steel structures. In this thesis have been proposed possible alternative solutions of the workplace. The proposal was accompanied by a calculation of return of investment.
