Návrh nástupu strojvedoucího do železničního vozidla

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of a train driver´s boarding into a railway vehicle from outside of the platform level. The first part of the thesis deals with the issue of boarding passengers and staff into the vehicle and presents possible solutions for overcoming distances during boarding. The thesis also describes the conditions set by standards for such equipment. The aim of the work was to design a step meeting all the conditions required by the standards and suitable for temperature group T2. In the practical part, based on the calculated kinematic envelope, the space for the step was determined, the options for the placement of the step were analysed and a suitable variant was selected. The choice of the actuator was followed by the selection of a pneumatic actuator with a torsion spring as the most suitable method, which was numerically verified. Subsequently, the strength of the individual parts of the step was verified according to the requirements of the standards, which were supported by FEM analysis. A suitable locking method was designed to secure the step in the closed position. Finally, it was verified numerically and graphically that the resulting step does not exceed the calculated kinematic envelope.
