Abstract

The theme of this thesis is the motivation of employees. Within this issue are in the theoretical part of the basic concepts associated with motivation, stimulation, reward systems and here is the method of collecting primary data. The practical part is given to the characteristics and description of selected companies and analysis of the status quo, while this section provides the processed data, which was obtained by questionnaire. In the last section, which should be paid attention, were designed on the basis of a sociological survey identified deficiencies, recommendations that could provide greater motivation of employees in the company.
