Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I am trying show the uniqueness of the relocation, which began a new stage in the transportation of excessive loads across the OKD. I describe how to move the entire mining complex without dismantling, using a method called direct relocation and how you can move nearly a ton of Eickhoff SL 500 cutter loader body and 61 complete sections of mechanized support Bucyrus 26/55 weighing 38 tons from the coal face 340 800 to the coal face 40 205. I am also trying to describe the successful relocation of four PF 6/1042 conveyor troughs including cable swapper. All these devices are transported in suspension groove ZD 24 - TDS HMZ at the height of 4,5 m above a thill. I show the commitment of all staff at this breakthrough method of transport, which provides significant financial and material savings for the entire OKD and shortening the time of relocation as well.
