Abstract

The subject of the thesis "Personnel Management in Public Administration” is characterized by rules that are important for personnel management in public administration and assess according to the selected indicators in terms of personnel management office of the Municipal Lanškroun for the period 2005 - 2010. The first section summarizes the definition of public servants, employees and personnel management of selected indicators. The second part describes the characteristics of Lanškroun Municipality and its scope. The final part is devoted to evaluation of personnel management at the Municipal office Lanškroun analysis of selected indicators of personnel management.
