Posouzení vybraných HR metrik v konkrétní stavební společnosti

Abstract

V rámci této diplomové práce jsou posouzeny vybrané HR metriky v konkrétní stavební společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit současný systém práce s HR ukazateli a navrhnout zefektivnění personálních procesů na základě dat a analytiky. K naplnění cílů byly využity kvalitativní metody kombinující analýzu interních systémů s polostrukturovanými rozhovory s manažery organizace. Výzkum odhalil technologickou roztříštěnost stávajících systémů a skutečnost, že současný reporting je vysoce manuální a analytika zůstává převážně v deskriptivní rovině. Závěrem je doporučena centrální integrace dat do datového skladu, zpřesnění metodiky výpočtu fluktuace, rozšíření náborových metrik, zejména o kvalitativní ukazatele, a propojení personálních dat s ukazateli bezpečnosti práce.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of selected HR metrics in a specific construction company. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate current HR indicator practices and to propose the optimization of human resources processes based on data and analytics. To achieve the objectives, qualitative methods were used, combining the analysis of internal systems with semi-structured interviews with the organization's managers. The research revealed the technological fragmentation of existing systems and the fact that current reporting is highly manual, with analytics remaining primarily on a descriptive level. In conclusion, the central integration of data into a data warehouse, refinement of the turnover calculation methodology, expansion of recruitment metrics, especially qualitative indicators, and the linking of HR data with occupational safety indicators are recommended.
