Posouzení budovy z hlediska nároků na tepelnou energii

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zlepšení vlastností rodinného domu vzhledem k potřebě tepelné energie. U tohoto domu je vypočtena celková tepelná ztráta objektu. Následně je navržena rekonstrukce v podobě zateplení budovy a výměny starých oken. Následuje opětovný výpočet tepelných ztrát. Na základě vypočtených hodnot je srovnáno několik variant vytápění, a to z hlediska nákladů na roční vytápění před a po provedení rekonstrukce. V závěru práce je vypočtena doba návratnosti investice zateplení rodinného domu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of improving the properties of the house due to need of thermal energy. First of all total heat loss of the building is computed. Consequently, the proposed reconstruction in the form of building insulation and replacing old windows. Following the heat loss was calculated again. Based on the calculated values are compared several variants of heating, and the cost of the annual heating before and after reconstruction. In the last part of this thesis is calculated payback of this recontruction.
