Konstrukční návrh zařízení pro kontrolu rozměrů hřídelí

Abstract

Bachelor's thesis is dealing with the inspection of the optical measuring device and its modification. In the introductory part of the text, individual components of the device are presented. The core of the work is the inspection of selected structural elements of the existing inspection equipment and the calculation of the limit values of speeds and accelerations that can be achieved during its operation. Based on them, it is evaluated whether the static and dynamic effects of the acting forces do not overload the device. Subsequently, the design of the clamping mechanism is revised, which is isnpected for deformations and stresses in the ANSYS simulation software. Finally, a workplace with a protective structure is designed for the device
