Abstract

The master thesis deals with the more effective approach to the production making of the components. As the case study, the company of Jiří Pavela was chosen. Firstly, the existing way of production including the description of the component machine-tool-workpiece-agent. The present approach to the production of components did not meet the customer´s demands because of the dimension´s accuracy. To eliminate the lack of the existing way, two options of the manufacturing process are suggested. In conclusion, the thesis compares the suggested variants with the existing approach to the production.
