Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the tehnical diagnostics of CNC milling machines in a manufacturing company, with an emphasis on vibration diagnostics and the technical diagnostics of cutting fluids, particularly emulsions. It begins with a description of the technical parameters of the monitored machines, followed by an analysis of common faults detectable through frequency analysis of vibrations, especially those affecting spindle bearings. The diagnostics of emulsions include quality assessment based on measurements of pH, concentration, hardness, conductivity, and bacterial contamination. The practical part presents the measurement results and proposes recommendations to improve the reliability and effieciency of CNC machine operations.
