Konstrukce přípravku pro statické testování dopravníkového válečku

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is testing device for static testing of a conveyor roller. The introduction explain main parts of a roller conveyor and clarification selecting type of a testing roller. The load of a roller was calculated and was modified for simulation at the testing device. The construction of a testing device was also designed and calculated. The bottom part for holding roller and upper part for making load. Both parts were constructed for using on a tensile machine ZD40. The attachment includes the plan of both parts and assembly plan of a testing device placed into the tensile machine.
