Abstract
Master thesis is dealing of structure design and calculation of testing device for test of drive steering electric motors. Electric motors are brakes by dynamometer. In the first part is realized short search of dynamometers and choice best type. The second step is structure design all of testing device. Follow choice order purchase parts which increased gearbox and clutch. In the remaining chapter are calculated most important parts of testing device for example mounting of tested electric motors and purchased parts. There are make strength calculations of screwing connection, welding, bearing life, design of shaft and other things.
